The free (Lite) version of Beaver Builder is available in the WordPress plugin repository and can be installed via your dashboard.
Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > (search for) Beaver Builder
Find the plugin labelled…
WordPress Page Builder – Beaver Builder
By The Beaver Builder Team
Click the install button, Beaver Builder will install. The install button now turns blue and the label changes to Activate. Click the button a second time to activate Beaver Builder.
After activating Beaver Builder the settings page might open automaticity, if it doesn’t go to…
Dashboard > Settings > Page Builder.
The standard settings are OK for most people, so you can probably leave them as they are.
However, if you want to use Beaver Builder on blog posts as well as WordPress pages, click the post types tab and make sure the posts option is selected. If you have a plugin such as WooCommerce enabled on your site you may see other options under this tab.
If you make any changes, make sure you click the blue save button.
You’re now ready to start using Beaver builder to build web page layouts in your WordPress website.
If you’ve bought the premium version of Beaver Builder you’ll need to manually upload the plugin. There’s a video on the videos page showing you how to do that.
